Towing Process

When you tow a vehicle through TowFetch.com:

  • You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to tow it
  • You must provide a clear title free of liens (unless otherwise arranged)
  • You must accurately describe the vehicle's condition
  • You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle
  • You must notify your state's dispatch of the transfer as required by law

Tow Detailss

TowFetch.com provides 24/7 dispatch for tow purposes. However:

  • We do not provide tow advice
  • You should consult with a service specialist regarding your specific situation
  • The roadside assistance amount depends on the tow details of your vehicle
  • Vehicles sold for $500 or less allow service of vehicle details up to $500

Pickup and Towing

We provide fast towing for tow requests:

  • Pickup is typically scheduled within 30-60 minutes
  • You must be present or make arrangements for vehicle access
  • Keys and signed title must be provided at dispatch
  • We reserve the right to refuse vehicles that do not match the description

Limitation of Liability

TowFetch.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or tow request of your vehicle.

Changes to Terms
